Lake View Complex
Anglers can now book tickets on Catch for Lake View Fishery, known for hosting matches across multiple lakes while also ensuring availability for pleasure anglers. Reef Lake:
At 0.8 acres in size and with 26 pegs to choose from, this is a large match-style venue, regularly producing match weights of 70lb.
With an average depth of 6ft, this venue responds exceptionally well to feeder fishing, pole tactics or anglers wanting to float fish. This is our dedicated silverfish lake and good quality, roach, skimmers, barbel and small f1s can be caught all year round.
Marina Lake:
With 25 pegs around the 0.7-acre venue, anglers can expect to find an average depth of 5.5ft.
Heavily stocked with a variety of coarse fish, this venue is perfect for both match and pleasure anglers alike.
Big weights of f1s and carp can be caught using the pole down the edge and shallow across to the island, also a small hybrid or method feeder will catch you plenty of nice fish to nearly 12lb.
Serpent Lake:
Serpent Lake is shaped like a ‘V’, with an island running throughout the middle of the venue.
Spanning 0.6 acres and home to 26 pegs an average depth of around 3.5ft can be found. Fantastic bagging water full of f1s and small carp, also lots of nice barbell and bream to be caught on maggots short.
Harbour Lake:
Harbour Lake has an average depth of 5ft.
Stocked with carp, tench and f1s, this little intimate lake is set in the woods and is packed full of fish.
River Lake:
With 20 pegs set around the 0.5 acre venue, River boasts an average depth of 5ft.
Stocked with predominantly F1’s together with some larger carp, this is a fantastic venue for traditional coarse fishing tactics and anglers wanting to perfect their pole fishing skills.
Pellets and maggots are the main baits to catch fish on river but some have recorded over 200lb on casters shallow against the far bank vegetation.
Canal Lake:
With 30 pegs around the 0.8-acre venue, the lake is long and lean as you would expect from a canal section.
With an average depth of 3ft, Canal Lake boasts a long thin central island providing plenty of cover and far marginal opportunities.
Great fishing down the edge on ground bait and maggots as well as catching huge weights shallow on maggots or casters.
Full of carp from 1-7lb and f1s well into 3lb.
Lagoon Lake
Spanning 0.6 acres in size and hosting no less than 25 pegs this lake features a large central island running throughout the middle of the venue, giving each swim access to both near and far marginal areas.
With an average depth of 5ft, the lake was excavated in 2010 and subsequently re-stocked.
This is the deepest lake on site and is full of f1 carp, skimmers, tench, crucian carp and carp. Great winter lake where dobbing bread will catch you plenty and fishing shallow in the summer also scores well.
Stream Lake:
Next to River Lake, Stream Lake also boasts 20 swims and covers 0.5 acres.
With an average depth of 5ft.
Full of f1s and carp as well as some nice skimmers, tench and crucian carp.
Brook Lake
At 0.1 acres in size, this horseshoe-shaped venue offers 8 pegs around its banks.
Brook Lake has an average depth of 5ft.
Baileys Lake
Extending to 1.3 acres Baileys is a mixed fishery mainly stocked with mirror carp from 1lb to 12lb, baileys offers some great rod work with an island to fish to from all the swims, method feeder and bomb and pellet work well.
