We've spent the last few weeks carrying out a number of improvements around the fishery, and we're pleased to say they're now complete and ready for the season ahead.The car park has been extended and resurfaced, adding 15 additional spaces. We know weekend mornings could get tight — this should make a real difference.Several pegs on the Pleasure Lake have had new platforms installed, with wider boards and improved non-slip surfaces. These are particularly helpful during wet weather and for anglers with mobility requirements.The pathways between the car park and the Match Lake have been widened and topped with fresh gravel — no more muddy boots before you've even reached your peg.We've also installed two new covered rest areas with seating, positioned near Peg 8 on the Match Lake and at the south end of the Specimen Lake.A big thank you to everyone who was patient during the works.
